Alessandro Tronconi respects the privacy of every individual or legal entity browsing online. The data collected through the site "www.tronconi.eu" will be used exclusively to reply to enquiries and to improve the communication between him and his clients.

The aforementioned data will be handled in accordance with the laws in force in the countries of the European Union and in Italy.

This Privacy Policy is therefore published even in accordance with:

This Privacy Policy is addressed to all individuals and legal entities who interact with the web services of the site of Alessandro Tronconi, starting from the address "http://www.tronconi.eu" and is given only for it (even considering that not other sites are reacheable from it through a link).

Purpose of this Privacy Policy

The objective of this Privacy Policy is to describe to the clients who visit the site of Alessandro Tronconi:
1) the Data Processing Holder for the the data voluntarily sent by the users;
2) the origin, the purposes and the ways of the data collection;
3) the ways the data are preserved and protected;

The Data Processing Holder is the one-man business Alessandro Tronconi, located in Via E. Scuri, 4, Bergamo (Italy) whose owner is Alessandro Tronconi (VAT No. IT03957110160).

2) Origin, purposes and ways of the data collection

Alessandro Tronconi can collect, through elective and explicit forwarding of email to the addresses mentioned on this site, data voluntary sent from users; this practice implies the consecutive acquisition of the sender's address (needed to reply to the enquiries), as well as other potential personal data inlcuded in the mail (like: name, last name, phone numbers, email addresses). These data are used with the sole purpose of satisfying the requests of the clients. No other use (disclosure, use for statistics purposes) is done of the subject data.

Furthermore the IT systems and the software procedures on which the site of Alessandro Tronconi rely, acquire, during its normal working, some personal data whose transmission is intrinsic to the use of internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses). The data in subject are not collected in any way from the site of Alessandro Tronconi and can be exclusively used by the Security Authorities to ascertain the responibility in case of violations.

4) Use of Cookies

What is a "cookie"? It is an information text string which a website installs in the cookie file of the browser used to visit it, on the user computer hard disk, for the purpose to trace the visitor and recognize it at the next access.
